This morning, Ms. Clark's Advisory was in charge of the morning assembly. After announcements, students were split into groups and played a simple game of "keep the balloon off the ground." We hope everyone had fun!

HMS January Student of the Month The middle school staff members chose 8th grader, Winter Amoyan as the January Student of the Month. Winter participates in the gifted program, quiz bowl, archery and the art program. Winter isn’t exactly sure why she was chosen, but she thinks the main reason is her academics. Winter feels that she is able to work with people on projects and keeps her grade up during times when she is stressed. When things get hard for Winter, she tries to keep a “Growing Mindset.” Winter is the daughter of Joel and Meg Amoyan.
