The HES October student of the month is Cecily Beck - second grade student in Mrs. Meyer’s class. Cecily has worked so hard to pass 12 Accelerated Reader tests and is now reading chapter books. Any free time Cecily has, she is reading. Therefore, she has reached her quarterly goal! She also is extremely kind and sweet to everyone around her. Cecily is always on task and never has to be reminded of what she should be doing. She is a great example of following our Railway expectations! We are so lucky to have Cecily in our school. Cecily is the daughter of Tony Beck (father), Lauren Spelts (mother) and Bryan Houchens (stepfather).
