Since the return from Spring Break, HHS students have taken part in morning advisory activities in the gym. The goal is to create a close, welcoming, and supportive culture at HHS. Students and their advisors participate in activities ranging from trivia to riddles to charades. Students are also recognized daily for their achievements in clubs, sports, and positive influence in the school. #Railerproud

HES Families: We are going to go ahead and move Lunch on the Lawn indoors because of the cool temperature and chance for rain in the forecast. We will have seating in the cafe and the gym for our visitors and students. #GameOnRailers

HES Families: We are hoping that you all will still join us for lunch today! Mr. Batchman kindly offered to use some of his classroom gym space if it begins to rain or it's too wet outside and we have to move Lunch on the Lawn indoors. #GameOnRailers

A big thank you to Dickinson County Transitions Coalition and the many area businesses who came to HHS to participate in the Job Fair. The experience for our students and the awareness of what jobs may be available for them over the summer was valuable and your willingness to give of your time was much appreciated.

HES Families: Teacher Appreciation Week is coming up soon and we are wanting to express our gratitude to the amazing staff we have at HES. The HES PTO and USD487 Administrative Team will be putting together our “Treat Train” for all of our HES staff to select items from during Teacher Appreciation Week. If any parents or community members would like to add any items to the “Treat Train” that would be greatly appreciated. Gift cards to local businesses, candles, jewelry, snacks, drinks, and any other items similar to this would be terrific. Please drop off items in the front office anytime before Thursday, May 11th. Thank you! #GameOnRailers
