Congratulations to the HES January student of the month, Blake Vogt Jr., Fourth Grade Student in Mrs. Brunner’s Class What we appreciate most about Blake is his curiosity. He comes up with creative questions and isn't afraid to work to find the answer. We have really seen his perseverance shine this year, especially in math. Blake always has a smile on his face and is so good natured. He is the first to raise his hand and volunteer, whether it be to answer a question or to help someone. He is respectful to all adults he interacts with. Blake has passed XTRA Math and still looks for ways to challenge himself. When he was in quarantine, he emailed his teacher often to tell the class hello or to ask a question about his work. We really appreciate how seriously he takes his learning, while still keeping a fun-loving attitude! Blake is the son of Blake (Sr.) and Kristy Vogt.

It is located down the street from the post office at 101 E Main Street. Lunch will no longer be served at the 1st Christian Church location. We will pass on more information as it becomes available.
