Mr. Hirsch's Drama Class is proud to present a Melodrama at this year's Herington Fall Festival on October 25th! Get ready to cheer the hero, boo & hiss the villain, and gasp at the treachery. The class created, with the help of AI, their very own, original melodrama. Come see the world premiere of "The Great Railroad Plot OR.... Blood Is Thicker Than Root Beer." Performances will be on the updated stage in the pocket park next to Tri County Trading Company (TCTC) at 2:30pm AND 5:00pm. Don't miss out on a rip roaring good time!

URGENT!! If you are planning on shopping at the elementary book fair tonight, our credit card reader is not working properly. Please be prepared to have an alternative method of payment. We can accept cash and checks and you can also set up an eWallet if you want to use a card. This will have to be done prior to checking out. You can also create a Book Fair eWallet for your child so they can shop cash-free, worry-free, and independently! It’s easy to set up and easy for others to contribute funds! Ms. Susan Mueller came to the elementary on Tuesday to help Mrs. Mortensen show students how to make their own books. Just a few simple folds and a snip of a scissors can turn a piece of paper into a book! Each class then had the opportunity to write and/or lustrate their own story. The students were very excited to share their ideas!
