Only two shots—the clouds in the opening and end credits—in The Wizard of Oz were filmed outside. The rest was filmed on 65 sets constructed over six sound stages in Culver City.

3,210 costumes were made for The Wizard of Oz, many of them uncomfortable and dangerous for the actors. The Scarecrow costume left semi-permanent marks on the actor's face after filming, taking months to disappear.

One of our favorite Railer Football traditions is High Fly Fridays, when our football players head over to greet our elementary students and help them kick off their Friday with some Railer spirit! 🚂
This morning, Railer Cheer & Dance were excited to be invited to join the fun! Together with the football team, they brought the music, the energy, and plenty of smiles as they welcomed our littlest Railers into school. 🎶📣🧡
There’s something pretty special about watching our high school students show up for the younger kids in our district. They may not realize it yet, but those little Railers are watching, cheering, and looking up to them. 🥹
