ABOUT MRS. BROCKMEIER:
I grew up in Woodbine, Kansas. My father farmed, and my mother was a teacher. My two sisters and I grew up playing sports, riding horses, and enjoying life in a small town. I attended school in Woodbine through the eighth grade. I then spent my high school years at Hope. Purple became my favorite color as I spent the next four years at Kansas State University. I taught for a year before marrying my husband, Phil, and we had our first baby, Ryan, three years later. Tara and Crysta soon joined our growing family. The years have gone by quickly, and we now have a daughter-in-law named Jennifer and a son-in-law named Ryan. Crysta is at Kansas State University and isn’t married yet, but she has a special friend in her life named Cass.
HELPFUL TIPS FOR MY STUDENTS:
1. Students, remember to take your 3-ring binders home with you when you are working on homework. The notes I have given you will be very helpful!
2. Be sure to come see me during seminar if you are having trouble understanding something. Ask for help during class also.
3. Bring the correct supplies to class every day.
4. Complete your assignments on time every day.
5. Put your completed homework in your “completed homework” folder and your incomplete homework in your “incomplete homework” folder. That way you will never lose your assignments!
