ABOUT MR. ROE:

Although this is my 12th year living in Herington, this is only my fifth year teaching in the Herington Schools.  I graduated from Belleville, in North Central Kansas.  I met my wife, Tammie (Kickhaefer), while in the KSU Marching Band.  Tammie is a Herington native.  My teaching career started in Wilson, KS. In 1995. Five years later, I began teaching band and vocal music at Centre, just a few miles south of Herington.  After seven years at Centre, I started teaching in Herington.  I have four children, all of whom are students in the Herington Schools.
