Elementary Spelling Bee

We are happy to announce our 2009-2010 HES Spelling Bee winners. Congratulations to 1st Place winner Jordan Weber and 2nd Place winner Kobe Monnington. The championship word was faucet. A spell off was needed to determine 3rd Place. It was an exciting duo with Nate Backus taking 3rd place and Keegan Osburn placing 4th. The winning word was restaurant. All students did a terrific job and we are very proud of the Fourth & Fifth grade students who participated. Jordan and Kobe will represent HES at the Dickinson County Spelling Bee in February.
