ACTIVITIES FOR THIS WEEK, MARCH 8TH-12TH:
Tuesday, March 9th—HMS Parent/Teacher Conferences from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm in the High School Gym
Wednesday, March 10th—HMS Reading Assessment Testing
Wednesday, March 10th—HMS 3rd Quarter Awards at 12:25 pm
Thursday, March 11th—HMS Reading Assessment Testing
Thursday, March 11th—HMS Parent/Teacher Conferences from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm in the High School Gym
Friday, March 12th—NO SCHOOL
Birthdays for the week of March 7th-20th:
Monday, March 8th—Brent Sams
Thursday, March 11th—Cody Smocovich
Tuesday, March 16th—Channing Davis
Wednesday, March 17th—Nicki Klug, Allie Klug

- Lunch break will be OUTSIDE!!!!!!!! Please take your jackets with you to lunch.
2. Bells will be turned off today, March 9th, tomorrow, March 10th and Thursday, March 11th for Reading Assessments.
3. STUDENTS—The class with the most parent/guardian
attendance for Parent/Teacher Conferences on Tuesday, March
9th and Thursday, March 11th will receive an
Ice Cream Sundae Party for their entire class. Tell your
parents that conference will be held from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on
both nights. Good luck classes!!!!!!!
4. Please take your spring picture packets home to your parents. The price list in enclosed if you are interested in purchasing the pictures. If you are not interested in purchasing the pictures, please return the complete packet to the Middle School Office. Money and/or picture packets are due to the Middle School Office by Friday, March 12th. STUDENTS—DO NOT REMOVE ANY PICTURES FROM THE PACKETS OR YOUR PARENTS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR THEM!!!!
5. There is a sign-up sheet in the office for driver’s education that will be offered this summer. You need to be 14 years of age on or before June 1st. The cost is $135.00. Deadline for signing up is March 12th. If you have any questions, please see Mr. Berndt.
6. ATTENTION All HMS ASSESSMENT TAKERS!!!
"The assessment sure can be a WHOOPER! But not for HMS!To help ease the stress of testing, we would like to invite you to participate in our candy count. This week is a jar of WHOOPERS! The winning count will receive the entire jar! GOOD LUCK! One guess per student. Contest ends after seminar on Thursday!!

Teachers and Staff! There is a jar for you as well! Get your count in by Friday!
7. A student is missing his 7th grade science book. If found, please return it to the office or to Mr. Emig.
