Announcements:

HAVE A HAPPY AND SAFE SUMMER!!!!

1.  The following track team members need to turn in their uniforms to Mr. Berndt ASAP:  Ben Castleberry, Josh Conners, Mercedes Love, Taryn Siegrist, Taylor Spooner, Tyler Barber and Drake Heitfield (meet shorts only.

2.  Congratulations to the following 2008-2009 Tree Hugger Officers:  President:  Brooklyn Osburn, Vice-President:  CeCe Murphy, Secretary:  Kaitlin Patterson, Treasurer:  Alex Black.

3.  Congratulations to next year’s sophomore class officers:  President: T.J. Barnes, Vice President: Derek Knopp, Secretary: Katey Staatz, Treasurer: Matt Biehler, Parlimentarian: Chance Berndt.

4.  Students please turn in your library books and pay your library fines.

5.  The following students need to pay $5 for Careers Day to Mrs. Sweet ASAP:  Derek Evans.

6.  The following students need to turn in their dance uniforms:  Caitlin Geer, Maddy Morgan and Cisti Schlesener.

7. The following students need to pay for their spring pictures $38.00) or return the packet to the office… Chrissy Eaton, Stephanie Eaton, Jarret Jones, and Katie Lyons.

8.  The following sophomores need to turn in money or their pancake feed tickets:   Nick Kinser and Nathaniel Richardson.

 FROM THE COUNSELOR:

Current sophomores and juniors who are interested in becoming a teacher have an opportunity to apply for the Kansas Future Teacher Academy, held in Emporia.  The camp will be held from June 15-June 19.  There is a $50 participation fee.  See Mrs. Svitak if interested in attending.

JUNIOR DAYS:

Kansas State University:  Juniors must be accompanied by a parent (cost: $20 student/$15 parent).  See Mrs. Svitak for an application.
