On November 7, the Flint Hills League met at Mission Valley High School to select players for the honor of All-League.  Herington football and volleyball each had three student-athletes selected for these honors. 

For football, Alex Vahsholtz was selected as 1^st team All-League linebacker.  Darrell Melcher was selected as honorable mention punter for the league.  Others receiving recognition include Tyler Barber, who received honorable mention status as wide receiver.

On the volleyball side of the selections three fine athletes were selected.  Those student-athletes selected were Crysta Brockmeier who earned 1^st Team, as well as Bethany Ledy who also earned 1^st Team honors for the Flint Hills League.  Honorable Mention honors were earned by Chanell Makovec.
