PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE
April 16, 2007
The meeting of the PDC was held Monday, April 16, 2007, at HMS.
The meeting was called to order at 4:05 by Chairperson Rolinda
Lapham.
Those in attendance were: Connie Beavers, Gwenn Belton, Beth
Blackwell, Deb Geissert, Janet Gonzolas, Patty Kahle, DeAn Knopp,
and Rolinda Lapham.
There was no agenda for the meeting.
Minutes of the Feb. 19, 2007 meeting were approved.

In new business, officers for 2007-2008 were elected. Rolinda will
continue as chairperson (Gonzolas/Knopp), a building administrator
will serve as Vice-chairperson, and Deb will continue as recording
secretary (Blackwell/Belton).Committee membership for next year is
established, and listed below.
Important dates for 2007-2008 are: Meetings - Sept. 17, Oct. 10
(blue sheet due to administrator), Nov. 19, Feb. 25, and April 15
(IDP books due). PDC required training is on Aug. 2 from 9-12 at
SHESC. Deb will attend this training. The PDC plan needs to be
revised this summer, or we can wait until August to see if the
state makes any changes in regulations.
IDP points were awarded, by building reps, after the meeting was
adjourned.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:15. (Gonzolas/Belton)
