A big welcome to all students attending USD 487 schools.  We are hoping that your student is as excited as the USD 487 staff is about the 2007-08 school year.  Below are important dates to keep in mind for the month of August.  

August 6 - high school enrollment for seniors

August 7 - high school enrollment for juniors

August 8 - high school enrollment for sophomores

August 9 - high school enrollment for freshmen

August 6, 7 & 8 - elementary & middle school enrollment

August 13 - first day of volleyball and football practice

August 15, 16 & 17 - teacher orientation/inservice

August 20 - FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL

   6th and 9th grades, full day:  elementary, 1/2 day (August 20)
  7, 8, 10, 11, and 12 grades (August 21)

August 27 - Headstart (first day of school)

August 30 - school pictures, elementary students

August 31 - middle & high school students
