Student Responsibilities

I as a student will be expected to:
    1.    Be honest and forthright.
    2.    Do the assigned problem set or worksheet as specified by Mrs. Griffiths.  
           I will get full credit for what I turn in on time.  I will receive half credit for any                      
           and all late work.
    3.    Bring my own calculator to class.
    4.    Excused absences will have one class period to complete the assignments.
    5.    For school sponsored activities, the assignment, quiz, or test must be completed
           and handed in before leaving for the event.  (NO EXCEPTIONS!)
    6.    Seek tutoring/help as I need it during seminar, before, or after school.
    7.    Keep a notebook for daily class notes and examples within my mathematics
           portfolio.
    8.    Periodically discuss my progress with Mrs. Griffiths.
    9.    Complete all tests and quizzes in a timely fashion.

Care of My Book: If someone else or I mark in or on my book (or otherwise damages it), I am responsible for such damage and will be required to pay for its repair or replacement before I receive my final grade for the class. I have book number _______. The book is USED. It is in __________________ condition.  I understand that it will cost at least $75.00 to replace the book if lost or damaged beyond use.   Below my signature, I have mentioned any defects on the book.
